You will first of all need to sign up to the webinar in order to obtain the links to access it. You can sign up for one of our webinars from the training page on our website, which can be found here.
You should receive an email with the link to the live room 1 hour and 15 minutes before the webinar starts. If you do not receive a link, please contact our support team at support@datadevelopments and a member of the team can send you a link.
As long as you have a stable internet connection, you will then be able to join the webinar by clicking on the link. You will then be taken to the live room on Webinarjam to watch the webinar.
Replays of the webinar will be sent out automatically through Webinarjam, but if you do not receive one, then you can contact us at support@datadevelopments.co.uk and we can generate a link for you to rewatch the webinar at your leisure. Please note that if this is a webinar that you have purchased, the time limit on the replay will be 30 days.
