Click ‘Reports’ on the top toolbar.
You will see a list of all the report options we have in MyFundAccounting.Online. Let’s use the example of producing a balance sheet report.
Click Balance sheet reports.
Click Balance sheet (Detailed). You will see the following screen:
Select the financial period for the balance sheet. To do this:
Click the dropdown menu beneath the ‘Financial Period’ title.
Select the period you want. The date beneath this box refers to the last day of the period you have chosen.
Click Refresh.
Click Preview & Export on the right of the screen and you will see the following screen:
You can press the ‘preview’ button to open the report up as a popup in an extra tab of your web browser. If you want to save the file to your computer:
Select which format you wish to download the report in. Here we have ‘PDF’ or ‘Excel’, but certain reports have more.
Enter a name for the file to be saved as on your computer.
Click the download button and it will be saved to your downloads folder.
