It may be the case that in your organisation you have a certain type of membership that needs to be renewed. This type of membership data can be stored on the ‘Membership’ menu option from the Member menu along the top of the screen. This is the screen that you will see prior to entering any membership codes:
It is important to note that this tab shows membership of the branch or charity itself and not membership of groups within them – the latter are displayed under the 'Groups' tab. You can read more about groups here.
You can create a membership code on the membership screen by clicking the ‘Add Membership Code +’ button.
Enter a name for the Membership code in the ‘Name’ box, and then give it a simple code in the ‘short code’ box to help you identify it. If your membership has a certain fee, you can enter the amount of the fee in the ‘Fee’ box and select the frequency that this fee is due to be paid by using the ‘Frequency’ dropdown menu.
