On the 'Meeting' tab of the 'Groups' screen it is possible to record the dates and times that the group is going to meet. Here is a group’s meeting page before any events have been scheduled:

To arrange a new meeting, click the ‘Add Group Meeting+’ button. You will see the following screen:

Enter the date, start time, and end time of the meeting in the specified boxes. If you need to add further information about the meeting, you can do so in the Comments box. Once you have finished, click the Save button. You will then see the meeting in the list.

The list shows the meeting date and times if they have been entered, for each date you have scheduled. The fourth column will show a tick if the meeting in question has been marked as cancelled; or if it is re-scheduled to a different date the re-scheduled date will be shown in the fifth column. Finally, any comments that you have entered against a particular meeting date will be shown in the last column.

 If you find that you need to alter anything about the meeting, or reschedule or cancel it, you can click the edit button in the Action box on the right. You can enter the new rescheduled date or tick the cancel box if the meeting has been cancelled. This will then show against the meeting in the list.
