If you would like to schedule multiple meetings, then on the Meetings tab on the Groups screen, click the ‘Add multiple scheduled dates+’
You can enter any comments about these meeting at the top of the first step.
Enter the ‘Start Date’ that you would like to start scheduling the meetings from.
Select the frequency of the meetings – for example, if the group meets every Tuesday morning, you can select ‘weekly basis’, which will then allow you to choose the day or days of the week that the meeting takes place.
Enter the date that you would like to finish the scheduling of these meetings on in the ‘Finish Scheduling by’ box or tick the ‘Schedule’ button and set the number of meetings you would like to schedule at this time.
You can then enter the Start and Finish times of each meeting at the bottom of the page.
Click the ‘Next’ button to move to step 2.
On the second step, you will be given a list of dates of all the meetings scheduled based on the information you have entered in Step 1. If there are any dates that need changing, you can change them here, or untick the ‘include’ box on any meetings you do not want to be set up.
When you are done, click the ‘Save Schedule’ button.
If any of your group members are set up as members of your MS 365 organisation (read more about how to do this here), they will be notified by email of the meeting date and time, and it will be recorded on their calendar.
