Set Up App Passwords for MyGiving Online- GoogleMail Print

2. Click Settings

3. Click "Security"

4. Click here.

5. Turn on 2 step verification if it is not already active

6. Choose the options an fill in the form as appropriate

7. Complete the verification process

8. Click this search box

9. Type "smtp"

10. Click "Sign in with app passwords"

11. Click "Create and manage your app passwords" in the help article that opens up

12. Click the "App name" field and type in MyGiving.Online or any description

13. Click create.

14. Copy the password that appears

15. Go to MyGiving.Online and replace your usual email password with the app password in both password fields

16. Click Test Mail.

17. And you will see the success message appear on the bottom right hand side

18. Click "Save"
