MyGiving.Offline is a desktop-based reporting module which can give you access to all the reports that were available in Donations co-ordinator while they are gradually made available on MyGiving.Online.
Click here to download MyGiving.Offline .
Once the download has been completed right click on ‘InstallMGO.zip'.
Click 'Extract All' .
Ensure the ‘Show extracted files when complete’ checkbox is ticked and press ‘Extract’
Double click on the file 'InstallMGO.exe'
Complete the Installation Process. You will now have an icon on your desktop for MyGiving.Offline
Double click on it to open it up.
When you open MyGiving.Offline login using the following:
User ID: ADMIN
Password: DATADEV
To download your information into MyGiving.Offline,
Go to ‘File’.
Select ‘Update from MyGiving.Online’.
Enter your Username and Password for MyGiving.Online.
Press ‘Update’, your information should now start importing.
Click ‘OK’.
Re-open MyGiving.Offline.
Login using ADMIN and DATADEV once more. You can now go to the reports menu as you would have done in Donations Co-ordinator, and use any of the reports there which will use your data from the online system.
When you close the program, it will remove your data for security reasons. You can follow the same steps to redownload the data the next time you need to.
